Comprehensive protection

Personal care and safety is a top priority at ECS. Our courses are periodically reviewed by British Council inspectors and every aspect of the course is regularly risk-assessed for safety.

To add a further layer of protection, we provide comprehensive travel and medical insurance for all our pupils. This is included in the course fee.

Our insurance will help if you have to cancel for medical reasons, if there are travel delays, if luggage or documents are lost or if any medical care is needed.

In addition, the travel insurance policy comes with a complimentary 24/7 Digital Doctor Telemedicine service that enables insured students and their parents to directly speak with doctors by telephone or video, in multiple languages.

 

Emergency medical and other expenses: up to GBP 10 million

Emergency dental treatment: up to GBP 300

Personal liability: up to GBP 2.5 million

Course fees: up to GBP 7,500

Cancellation or curtailment charges: up to GBP 1,000

Baggage: up to GBP 2,000

Personal accident: up to GBP 25,000

Missed departure: up to GBP 7,500

Delayed departure: up to GBP 80

Travel documents: up to GBP 200

Money and credit cards: up to GBP 250

Valuables: up to GBP 250
