Fun, friendship and.... fitness

Various members of staff have been taking advantage of the healthy natural environment to improve their levels of fitness. Matt, Ian and Amy are regular morning runners and welcome any students who want to join them. Chris and Dave have been joined in the evenings by a number of students for their mountain training sessions. These consist of various exercises aiming to increase leg strength and general fitness.
