ECS Port Regis slide show

Our first course at Port Regis came to a successful conclusion last night with the End-of-Course Review. The students enjoyed performing in front of the school and some parents. During this course The younger children enjoyed trips to Longleat and Marwell Zoo. The maize at Longleat proved too hard for some of them and they had to be rescued by staff. The older students had a great day in Bath despite the weather and also enjoyed a trip to Marwell Zoo in the morning with Winchester in the afternoon. The London trip went very well. The Hilton Hotel was excellent; the students were very well behaved and a lot of English was spoken by everyone. At breakfast and dinner we all sat at a large table and discussed many things about home life and families. Spiro kept everyone entertained with his stories. We had a great trip on the Eye with sunny but windy weather -perfect for clear views. We walked across Green Park on Sunday morning to Buckingham Palace, but unfortunately we did not manage to see the Queen! Altogether a great course, despite the drama. I hope this slideshow will help to communicate the atmosphere..

[We've now removed the slide show as we don't want to leave it too long 'on the Net'. If you'd like a copy, please ask.]
