Corsica

It's a little difficult to tread the dividing line in social media between professional and personal, particularly in education. But on the grounds that parents have an interest in knowing what kind of people direct the summer camp they send their children to I'm posting the following photos from a recent walking holiday I took along the G20 trekking trail in Corsica. I did the northern section, which involved walking and scrambling a little over 30,000 feet (around 9100 metres) in nine days. I walked alone (Sarah was visiting relative in America), staying mainly in a little tent at the various refuges along the way. I met many interesting people, was awed by the beautiful scenery, improved my French, became more sociable and returned physically and mentally fitter and stronger. A wonderful experience. I will be back to complete the southern section as soon as possible!
