We accept agency bookings on the following basis:
In order to encourage students to use English socially on our courses we limit the number of students who share the same mother tongue. This means:
5 boys and 5 girls aged 7 - 10
5 boys and 5 girls aged 11 - 14
5 boys and 5 girls aged 14 - 17
..subject to availability of places.
To check availability, complete the first part of our online booking form. If a place is available you can proceed if you wish to complete the booking. We will then confirm the booking by email and request a deposit payment of GBP 250 to secure the place. You (or the parents) can pay by Visa or Mastercard using our secure online payment facility. Or we can accept Sterling cheques or bank-to-bank transfer payments in which case all bank charges must be paid by the sender.
The deposit payment must be received within 10 days of making the booking. If not, we reserve the right to offer the place to another student without further notice. The balance of fees is payable 6 weeks before the student arrives at the school. We do not meet students at the airport, or accept any responsibility for them, until we have received the balance of fees.
Please note:
- Our own qualified and experienced staff supervise the students: we do not have places for group leaders.
- Students must start and finish on our published course dates.
- The majority of our clients book individually. We do not pay commission or offer discounts. We prefer instead to offer excellent value for money for everyone who attends. As an agent, We expect you to add the cost of your service to our price according to the amount of value you add for your client in your local situation: ECS price + agent’s fee = price to client.
If you are able to work within these constraints we will be very happy to work with you in offering excellent value for money for your clients and an ejoyable, worthwhile stay in England that they will want to repeat.
